Newly decorate room in shared house, communal living room dining room and kitchen , with bathroom and shower room. There is parking at rear of property. No garden only court yard. Council tax is included in rent as well as cleaner for communal areas. But all other bills are split between tenants. No smoking in house only in yard. There is broadband in the house but sorted and paid for by all tenants
