There is a large dining/ living area that is furnished with an amazing communal space.

A cleaner is organized deep to clean the communal areas.

Each room is newly furnished. There are two toilets and a new fitted tiled bathroom with a shower. There is a large garden to the rear and parking on the driveway.

We are looking for professionals, solo tenants per room, who are respectful of one another and also the property. Being clean and respectful is a must.
