Double room with bathroom for rent near station

Double room for rent 2 min walk to hitchin train station, as my current flatmate is moving into the next chapter in her life. The apartment has two bathrooms so you will have you own bathroom with a bath and shower.

Shared kitchen space.
Bedroom can include the bed frame or not.
We have a dishwasher, 2 in 1 washing machine, plenty of kitchen space. We are a gated building so it is very secure. We also have secure underground parking.

I work in the NHS and work four days a week and sometimes travel home to Belfast on weekends. We will get along as long as you are clean and friendly. I am quite chilled and just love binging on TikTok or going to the gym when I’m not at work! Also keen for the odd bottomless brunch (I’m getting old my partying days are over lol)

Rent inc bills (water, electric, wifi, council tax) is around £650-700 pcm. We don’t have gas in the apartment.
