Double bedroom, near station (bills incl)

Looking for a housemate for our three bed Victorian house in Lancaster road, Hitchin.

Well lit and warm double room, bed can be included at extra cost. It is having a French shutter fitted in the room and has just had a smart thermostat installed too. Room itself is lovely and has a gorgeous fireplace in it. The room dimension are 3.2m x 2.6m.

The house is a two story property Victorian terrace property. The house is warm, well insulated, clean (we have a cleaner come weekly) and very homely!

The current two housemates are one male and one female, aged 33 and 35 both of which are young professionals, one working locally and the other in London.

Hitchin is well located to London with a circa 30 train to Kings Cross. We are all keen cooks and like to explore new cuisine. Parking is on-street and comes with no cost. All bills included, including power, broadband, council tax, water, cleaner fortnightly, Netflix, etc.

Not seeking to have any couples sorry. Current flatmate is moving in with his partner so seeking to fill his room. Further photos available upon request. Please reach out to organise a viewing!
