Hi my names Jonathan,
i'm a 28 year old working professional in the engineering sector.
Its been fully refurbished - new hardwood floors, new carpets, new electrics, new bathroom, toilet and kitchen, new plumbing, new radiators (nice and warm), new exterior windows and doors, fully painted.
The house is a semi detached 3 bed, with toilet, shower, lounge, kitchen, hall and dining room. There is a very large garden to the rear of the property, and on-street parking to the front (no parking permit required unlike most other areas of Hitchin)
It's right next to the bridle path and fields. Horses trot past every day. Incredibly quiet as no roads nearby. It’s only 10 minutes walk to Outenheadway nature reserve (google it! Beautiful spot for walking).
Distances:
Walk into town = 8 mins (I jog most days to pure gym in a couple mins)
Walk to Station = 25 mins (7 min cycle)
The double room has a brand new mattress and frame, and a beautiful handmade Willis and gambier wardrobe.
I can also potentially source a desk for the double room if you need to work from home.
The single has a new mattress, and a huge build in wardrobe.
Both rooms also have under bed storage.
I am currently refurbishing the garden, laying new lawn & building a vegetable patch, read for drinks and bbqs in the summer.

Appliances/whats included:
The kitchen is fully stocked with mugs, pots, pans, cutlery etc so no need to bring yours. Most things are communal so no need to bring much. Communal hoover, kettle, toaster, iron + board etc
There’s also some nice garden chairs for the summer in storage, which I’ll soon put out.
