Fully refurbished house & garden, quiet location

Hi my names Jonathan,
i'm a 28 year old working professional. I just bought the house before Christmas, and am looking for two flatmates to take the other 2 bedrooms.
Its been fully refurbished - new hardwood floors, new carpets, new electrics, new bathroom, toilet and kitchen, new plumbing, new radiators (nice and warm), new exterior windows and doors, fully painted , and will be ready from April onwards for someone to move in.

The house is a semi detached 3 bed, with toilet, shower, lounge, kitchen, hall and dining room. There is a very large garden to the rear of the property, and on-street parking to the front (no parking permit required unlike most other areas of Hitchin)

It's right next to the bridle path and fields, so lots of birds, horses, animals and walking spots. Nice and quiet and away from traffic.

Distances:
Walk into town = 8 mins (I jog most days to pure gym in a couple mins)
Walk to Station = 25 mins (7 min cycle)

There are two rooms - a single and a double available. I just need to source a bedside table for both rooms and a desk for the double before someone moves in.

The double room has a brand new mattress and frame, and a beautiful handmade Willis and gambier wardrobe.
The single has a new mattress, and a huge build in wardrobe.
Both rooms also have under bed storage.

I am currently refurbishing the garden, laying new lawn, building a vegetable patch, and hope to make a lovely patio area ready for summer so we can have drinks and a bbq’s.

There are two rooms:
A double room: £825/month bills included
A single room: £600/month bills included

Freely TV (not yet installed, but a large TV will be in the lounge)
Netflix
