We’re a friendly and sociable group of housemates who value respect, inclusivity, and a calm living environment. One of our housemates has recently relocated, so we’re now looking for someone new to join us.

The monthly rent is payable by standing order and there is a deposit of one month's rent. There are no bills to pay. I would like at least one reference from a previous landlord in writing. The house would suit a professional person looking to stay for at least one year. I require one month’s notice of leaving. The deposit is repayable within one month of leaving.
Hitchin is a quaint market town in Hertfordshire which is convenient for trains to London and Cambridge (both 30 minutes) and has close access to the A1(M) and London Luton airport.

I really enjoyed living in this house, the housemates are very friendly and considerate and the landlord is great. It’s a quiet residential neighbourhood and handy location for getting to the town and the station. The house has a lovely garden with BBQ.

I have lived there for about one year and 3 months. I can tell you that that time was the most beautiful time I ever had in this country. The ambient in the house is like a big family, everyone helps each other or when you need some advice they are always happy to help you. If you love cooking that's the right place for you to live, no doubt at all. I miss that place a lot and very often I go to vist them.
