Double room in hitchin

Nice double room in a 3 bed house-furnished. shared kitchen and bathroom. must like dogs!! Plenty of parking and a garden with a garden room for extra space. Working single lady -non smoker required. would consider someone Monday-Friday or full time. Would suit someone independent. my house is neither tidy or untidy but has always been a friendly warm place to live in a quiet area with lots to do on the doorstep. We have a gym and swimming pool within walking distance and the town of hitchin which is busy and vibrant with pubs shops is a slightly longer walk of 15 minutes. The train station is quite close and we are only25/30minutes from north London by motorway I qualify for the 25% discount on council tax so if someone was here that would be a slight increase in the cost of the rent. but everything else would be included.
