We are Jess (39) and Gary (42), we are looking for a lodger for our house while we are working abroad next year.
It’s a decent size 3 bed semi, with garden, patio garage etc on a quiet, leafy street. We will be in Croatia from March to December so you will have the place to yourself :). Looking for friendly, trust worthy person or couple to stay at our place over the next year.
It’s currently furnished with a dedicated office (with sofa bed) and 2nd desk in the living room. Ideal for someone saving up to get on the property ladder as this cost includes bills.
