Hi i am looking for a friendly flatmate to share a large flat with a balcony in Hitchin Town centre. Double room, 10min walk to the train station. Share large kitchen with all appliances, large living room and bathroom. Bedroom is unfurnished. Would suit someone who would like to live in the town, with easy access to train station / bus and A1/M1. Will have access to free private carpark. I am happy for you to have friends around but not a a party house. I am social but also enjoy my own company. I am friendly, easy going, clean and respectful of other and would like to share with someone similar. Including all bills it will work out at £485 per calendar month.
