You will have share of the Kitchen, Dining, Utilility, wet room and landscaped garden. Very calm household. Use of machines and microwave. Upstairs and downstairs wc. The room is a double with very comfortable (orthapedic) bed, three double floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with masses of storage space.

Parking spaces on road.

All utility bills included. One month rent in advance and £400 deposit paid up front.

We are looking for somebody who is respectful and tidy.
