We are a group of friendly people with 1 double room to rent in this newly refurbished semi detached house in a quiet location in Hitchin. It is within walking distance to both Hitchin town centre and the train station.
The house benefits from all modern amenities, with 2 bathrooms. It has a large living room and a spacious kitchen/diner, as well as a very large private rear garden. The whole house is well presented and well maintained!
There is ample off road (free) parking.
The double room is rented for £475 per month to include bills. A months deposit and a months rent in advance will be required.

we are looking to share with1 other professional person, who is sociable, likes to cook and can also be clean and respectful of the other house mates.
We are an easy going group of people, who socialise on occasion, and sometimes enjoy a meal together and a glass of wine or a beer, but also enjoy our own privacy and interests.
