Looking for a lodger

I have a double room in a 2 bedroom house. It is in a quiet area next to a nature reserve and allotments. It is a semi detached house on the end next to an access road to a small car park. The garden is large and fully enclosed. Yet it is close to all amenities.. general stores, takeaways, butcher, bakery, pub etc

There is full access to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine, tumble drier, 2 fridges and freezers. There are no problems with parking outside but if you don't drive there are buses from literally on the doorstep every 15 minutes which could take you to town centre or the mainline train station. To walk takes me 20-25 mins to either town or train station or maybe less. Fast trains to London or Cambridge regularly.

There is the option ready to have Virgin TIVO in the room and it is also already available in the lounge and kitchen. There is wifi and the speed is excellent.

Dates to move in could be negotiated as room is empty now.
