Available as a 5-day let so will suit a professional person working away from home.

A good size room (4m*3m) with full en-suite and off road parking for a small car in a 4-bed Victorian detached house located on a quite side road.

The house is just 10 mins walk from Hitchin railway station with fast links to London, Cambridge and Peterborough. Hitchin town centre is 20 mins walk. The A1M and M1 are both easily accessible by car.

The room has a single bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, easy chair and an en suite. There is a also a TV with Freeview and access to the house WiFi.

Bed linen and towels are available if required.

The room is bright and in a good state of decoration.

You will also have use of a shared fully equipped kitchen, dining room and garden.

Space available for off road parking for a small car.

Letting is on a 5 day per week basis.

I am the owner occupier (60 year old male profession). My girl friend is a regular visitor as are my daughters when home from university.

We are looking for quiet and tidy professional person.
