Double Room to rent
We have a small double room available to rent from 11/09/16.
Currently there are 2 guys and one girl here and one guy is moving out. We are happy to have a male or female move in.
We are a chilled out flat and there are no strict rules or many inspections from the landlord. We like to keep the place tidy but won't lose it if you leave a cup out.
The two tenants left in the house are cool cool and enjoy a bit of football, trashy TV and pretending to go to the gym. We are alright really.
We are 5 mins from the town centre and 10mins from the train station simples.(on foot)
If you leave me a message I'll try and reply as soon as possible but just a bit busy with work lately
300 deposit and 500 paid 28th of the month.
Room comes furnished with small double bed some drawers and a hanger.
We get one parking permit between 3 of us which is a pain but plenty of options within 2 mins of the flat
