Bright double room to rent close to town & station

I have a double room to rent in a lovely furnished house in Hitchin. The house is approx. 13-15 minutes walk to the train station and into town. The room is currently unfurnished but I have a bookshelf and chest of drawers which I would be more than happy to lend you.

There is parking, a garage and a garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the cupboard under the stairs.

I work full time during the week and spend most of the weekend seeing friends and family.

I have two cats called Frank and Beans who are just a year old and very cute!

Bills aren't included in the rent but are a reasonable monthly amount. I budget £150 and this normally more than covers what needs to be paid out for the house.

Looking for a someone who is easy going and sociable, preferably clean and tidy!!
