Hi! I'm Jon! I have a spare double room available to rent in my newly refurbished Hitchin Victorian house, located in the secluded St Johns Path. Current Tenant is moving out, due to her own place and looking for a new housemate!

The house Is (400metres) 4 min walk to the town centre, so very close! I also commute to London, and it usually takes me around 15 minutes, if I've had a coffee to walk to the train station.

It is a two-bed Victorian house, with Garden, Kitchen, Living room with open fire, and Dining room. The bathroom is located upstairs.

The room available is a double room, carpeted, beautiful sash windows with blind, built in wardrobe and a thermostatic radiator, double bed, mirror, mattress, and storage. Parking is on the road opposite the path for no cost- also putting shelves up to for you!

The house has been fully restored over the last two years, by my blood sweat and tears, and I love it. I am looking for an easy going someone that will not only love the house in the same way as I do but will put their own stamp and treat it like their own!

I am sociable and love a good glass of wine over a chat, I'm young, and full of life, and looking to have a friendship too. This house is also a sanctuary for coming home to after a crazy week at work, so if this sounds like you then get in touch :)
