Double bedroom with ensuit in a family house

Bills include double ensuit room in a family house( we are parents & a middle school child) with a cat & some bunnies.


Our house is located in a beautiful picturesque new build and friendly community which is closer to Letchworth then Hitchin, a local Tesco express and off street parking available!


The room is located on the top floor with an ensuit. Specious double with built in wardrobes and storage space.

Ideally we'd like to have a female student or professionals as I( the landlady) find it easier to get along with. Although there’re children & small animal in the house you can still be guaranteed quiet evenings as our child will be in bed before 9:00 the latest on a week night.


Reference, ID, proof of employment or college/uni letter, and DBS check ( as we do have ourselves) required!

**Polite notice incase of automated decline** We are friendly sociable and easy going family. If you think it might work out with you, with dual respect, please briefly introduce yourself, we'd be very appropriate to know more about our future house mate rather then just a name and age , in which case an automated decline will be send!
Monday to Friday let also available at £450 pcm.
