Hoddesdon (in particular, This house) is a nice, quiet place to live in.
The household is in easy walking distance of corner shops, and is at the hub of multi-transportational routes to/from London, Cambridge & major Hertfordshire & Essex towns within easy reach, via bus or train, as well as good road routes via the A10, A414 etc, & beyond (parking available very close to residence)

E-chats are okay, but a good-ole-fashioned natter over the phone would really get you into my good books..!
