We are a young professional couple with a 2 year old duaghter, looking to rent out a room. We are a sociable, friendly couple, but work long hours during the week - so the house will be a nice quiet environment. We like to exercise, watch films and the odd glass of wine (!). We are looking for a professional single occupant, who is clean, tidy, respectful and friendly.

Our house is situated within a 7 minute walk from Hoddesdon highstreet and a 25 minute walk from Broxbourne Rail station with direct links to Ware, Harlow, Cheshunt, Tottenham Hale /Liverpool Street

The house backs onto Barclay Park with a private gate access and there are park runs every Saturday at 9am.

The occupant will have their own parking space on the drive.
