Very large, ground floor, double bedroom furnished with a king size bed, side table, shelving / cloth hanger, coffee table and Chesterfield sofa. New carpet and walls freshly repainted.

It's 18 square meters - with high ornate ceilings, wall lamps and a fireplace – although the fireplace cannot be used.

The rest of the house:

We have a very large kitchen with all cooking utensils and implements available. Our moto is, "if you can wash it and put it back, you can use it". The kitchen is also where we gather. From time, one thing leads to another and before we know it, we've had a 'social'. They are rare but fab!

The shower and main toilet (two different rooms) are shared with 2 others. There is also an outside toilet which is perfectly adequate to use. The third person living in the house has their own amenities.

Pets:
We have a cat so, unfortunately, no other pets.

About us:
This is a women’s house with a relaxed ambience.

The vibe of the house is peaceful, where professional individuals "regroup" with occasional ad-hoc social gatherings. If you are young at heart, yet mature, drama-free, independent yet social when crossing paths with a housemate, get in touch!

Please note that this room is 'single occupancy only’ meaning 'no couples'. This is to avoid overcrowding and to safeguard the dynamic within the house. Visitors (friends, partner or family) are allowed albeit in moderate numbers.

Cleanliness:
We are clean and tidy. This means that the amenities are always left clean after use. The kitchen dishes are washed straight away and put away too... if this is not in your nature it might be best that you do not respond to this advert.

Location location location!

The house is 4 minutes away (walking distance) from Rye House station which means that we are 15 minutes away from Hertford East, 25 minutes away from Tottenham Hale (Victoria line), 35 minutes away from Hackney and 45 minutes away from Liverpool Street Station.
