There are currently two other house mates.

There is a back garden with patio. Private off street parking for up to 3 cars.

The house has a shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is a shared kitchen, living room and dining area.

There is fibre broadband throughout the house and a cleaner that comes every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

The house is quiet, clean, tidy and strictly no smoking inside. Looking for a working professional who is respectful of their other housemates.

A cleaner comes once a month to clean the communal spaces.
The front and back gardens are maintained twice a year.

The room is available from March 1st. Rent is paid in advance on 1st each month. References are required.
