The room:
This bedroom is comfortably large, furnished with a king-size bed, 2 built-in wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, a desk and a chair. There is plenty of daylight from morning till mid-afternoon.

The rest of the house:
We have a very large kitchen and a dining room next to it. This is our communal and social space.

The shower and main toilet (two different rooms) are shared with 2 others. There is also an outside toilet. The third person living in the house has their own amenities.

Pets:
We have a cat so, unfortunately, no other pets.

About us:
This is a woman's house with a relaxed ambience. Generally peaceful with occasional ad-hoc parties. If you are young at heart, yet mature, drama-free, independent yet social when crossing paths with a housemate, get in touch!

Please note that this room is 'single occupancy only' meaning 'no couples'. This is to avoid overcrowding and to safeguard the dynamic within the house. Visitors and ad-hoc stay-overs are allowed albeit in moderate numbers.

Cleanliness:
We are very tidy and very clean. This means that the amenities are ALWAYS left clean after use. The kitchen dishes are washed straight away and put away too... if this sounds too much to keep up with, please do not respond to this advert.
