Well kept place

Hi!

I’m Jake and I live in a flat in Hoddesdon with my cocker spaniel Woody.

Its walking distance from Broxbourne or Rye House station with direct links into c steal London (if I’m around I am more than happy to be ur personal Uber to and from, if not it’s about 10/15 min walk.

The room isn’t massive, however it fits a double bed and comes with a wardrobe and there’s plenty of space for a chest of draws and a TV! It has also been recently decorated and is very modern.

I have just recently had the kitchen done so washing machine and dishwasher in. I am also planning to do up the bathroom in the coming months.

I am a bit of a mix between Sheldon Cooper and Monica Geller… anyone who gets that defo drop me a message 🤣

I work quite a lot so you’ll have plenty of time to yourself but when I am home it would be nice to be mates with whomever also lived here and to hang out. ( I have sooo much alcohol left over from my birthday 2 years ago and need help drinking it)

Woody is a great dog but Is rather nuts. He doesn’t chew or destroy furniture or items but don’t leave a sock in the bathroom! 🤣

I keep the place very clean and tidy so would be great to find someone that way inclined. I am also an Arsenal fan so any footie fans defo drop me a line!
