0.5-4 mins walk to the nearest grocery shops M&S, Tesco express and local shops; 8 mins walk to the Hoddesdon town centre with multiple shops: Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Aldi, another Tesco express and many others. In the town Center there are all facilities and entertaining venues: GP surgeries, Boots, banks, post office, library, pubs, restaurants, cafes. The property is located in a vibrant, very convenient and friendly area. Unlimited fibre optic WIFI, tv cable, Internet cable, council tax ( band E) and all utilities are included in the price.
