Double room available in 2 bed flat

Lovely double room available in 2 bed flat on the new High Leigh Garden Village Estate, Hoddesdon. Comes with 2 free parking spaces and access to shared living room and bathroom, complete with washer-dryer, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. There is high speed WiFi and access to a TV with all major streaming providers, with all bills included. The flat itself is furnished, with the room on offer being the one with the desk, which has served as my study. The furniture currently in there will be removed along with all of the clothes in the wardrobe, so that the new tenant can make it their own. I have had a double bed in this room before so it does fit nicely, but I would need a tenant to be able to furnish the room itself, with a bed etc. All other furniture, including the double sofa bed in the living room is inclusive.

What I am looking for: I bought the property in January 2024 and am now seeking a young professional in their twenties to take the second room. Ideally you wouldn’t work from home, or only 1-2 days a week, as I work from home quite frequently, so just in terms of giving each other space during the day - happy to be flexible for the right person though! I am a very friendly 25 year old woman who would love to have a flatmate who is more friend than tenant, and who also enjoys being active and is a foodie.
