The Room

A spacious, bright, and comfortable bedroom, fully furnished with a large double bed, a sofa, a desk, and a walk-in wardrobe offering plenty of storage. Large sash windows make the room feel light and airy.

The generous ensuite bathroom includes twin sinks, a bathtub, toilet, and bidet — giving you a private and self-contained space within the house.

The Rest of the House

The house has a very large, fully equipped kitchen where utensils are shared. Our simple motto is: “If you can wash it and put it back, you’re welcome to use it.”

There is also a cosy chill room with a log burner (you’ll need to provide your own kindling and logs if you wish to use it). The kitchen and chill room are our main communal and social spaces.

Pets

We have a resident cat, so unfortunately we can’t accommodate any additional roaming pets.

About Us

This is a women-preferred home with a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere. The house is generally peaceful, with the occasional spontaneous gathering.

If you’re young at heart but mature, independent, drama-free, and friendly when crossing paths with housemates, we’d love to hear from you.

Important Notes

This room is for single occupancy only — no couples. If you have a partner, we trust you’ll enjoy spending time at their place. This helps us avoid overcrowding and maintain a healthy, balanced household dynamic.

Visitors and occasional stayovers are welcome, but must be reasonable and respectful of the shared space.

Cleanliness

This is a clean and tidy home, and we all clean as we go. Dishes are washed and put away immediately after use, and the cooker is cleaned after cooking.
If this level of cleanliness feels difficult to maintain, this house will not be the right fit.
