I am looking for someone to share a 4 bedroom house in a small village outside
Hitchen in Hertfordshire. I rented one of these two semi detached houses with a girlfriend for several years but left when we split. The other house has now come up for rent at the end of June. The landlords manage the property themselves and know me as reliable and so there is the possibility I could go back there and get first refusal on it. The rental is in the region of £1600 to £1700 a month to be shared with bills I guess. Could be less than half maybe depending on how many rooms you want. The house is near a church. There is a farm shop in the village but no other shops. A car is necessary. Excellent large off road parking and garage. Garden which is large enough to potentially be set up to grow some food. Lots of countryside around for walks. Very quiet area. One bedroom with en suite and one family bathroom. Further downstairs toilet. Large kitchen / dining area. May offer someone a much better alternative to living is some small expensive flat which is why I see this as a better alternative to that. I can only really consider living around someone wide awake to the trajectory of current world events. Awareness of the full ongoing agenda would be desirable and opposition to it admirable. You should be unjabbed and be determined never to be jabbed. I agree with Dr Tom Cowans view about the existence of the bug. You should also be a non smoker. I am attaching a pic of the front of the house and of the kitchen to give an idea. It is new and modern but in a country location where you can walk out into fields in a few moments. I have other pics I can show. I am a 58 year old male who did work in the NHS but no longer given the sham / scam and am currently trading in markets.
