I have a spacious master bedroom available to rent in a well-maintained two-bedroom property. The room is bright and comfortable, and you will be sharing the kitchen, living room, and other common areas.

I am a working male professional in my mid 20s and spend 5 days a week working from the office, so the house is usually quiet during the day. I keep the home clean and organised, and I’m looking for someone who will maintain a similar standard.

The property offers a comfortable living space with a shared kitchen and living area, making it suitable for professionals, students, or couples. The home is equipped with good quality appliances, and there is storage space and bathroom available.

The room is currently unfurnished, but I am happy to provide some basic furniture if needed. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own furniture to suit your preference.

The location is well connected, with Kings Langley station just a 20-minute walk away, offering direct links to London Euston. Watford Town Centre is also conveniently located around a 15-minute drive from the property.

I am looking for clean, respectful, and responsible tenants who will take care of the space and contribute to a positive living environment.

The rent includes all utility bills, except for the water bill, which will be shared every 6 months.

A two-month security deposit is required.
