It is a lightly decorated bright single room. You would have virtually exclusive access to the main bathroom.

The house is set in a garden in a cul-de-sac. It has a lounge, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is access to wireless broadband.

Kings Langley station is less than a mile away and it is a short drive to Watford Junction station. Both stations are on the rail line into Euston (a 20 minute journey).

My current house mate and I are both in full/part time professional work, easygoing, enjoy having a laugh but also respect each others privacy.
