Newly decorated comfortable home in the country

Kimpton is a delightful, busy, friendly village near to Harpenden, Welwyn, Hitchin, St Albans and Luton (all are 10-15 mins by car - you will need a car). There is loads going on both in the village and the nearby towns. The village has very active tennis, cricket, golf and sailing clubs as well as loads of keep fit classes, bridge, bowling and choirs.

I recently bought the house and it is all newly decorated with recent bathroom and kitchen. There is a delightful, private garden complete with garden room/study with WIFI if you need to work from home.

Both rooms are large 4mx4m and you will have access to the whole house which includes a formal drawing room, a formal dining room and a large sunny extension living room with sitting area and breakfast area.

I am studying in Oxford and it is simply too far to commute daily so I stay part of the week in Oxford and I do not want the house empty..

I am quite happy to do a Monday-Friday let for £500 pcm or to consider 1-4 nights a week at £100 pcm per night.
