The building lies on a beautiful canal bank in the stunning village of Kings Langley, it is 8 minutes by walk to the train station Kings Langley, leading to Euston in southbound and Hemel in north. Quite suitable for a commuter working in London. Also, it is very close to the M25 Junction 20.

Inside the flat there is a kitchen and big sitting room. A private parking space is readily available as well.

The preferred lodger is a professional with nice personality who will be sharing the flat with another lodger.

The rents includes all bills like electricity, water and unlimited broadband, service charge, council tax etc.
