Very large double room available to rent in a beautiful, detached home in Kings Langley. Room has its own en-suite shower and sink, computer desk, TV, kettle, microwave, large walk in storage cupboard and an outdoor balcony with table and chairs which looks out on to open fields. Occupier will also have use of downstairs kitchen/diner and a large garden with hot tub and swimming pool (summer months only). There is also ample parking on the driveway.

I am a friendly, easy going landlady, living in the property with my grown up daughter (who is currently away travelling). If you respect me and my home, I will respect you and we will all get along fine :)

Ideally the occupier will be at work on midweek days as I work from home 3 days each week and would prefer it to be quiet in the house when I’m working. Everything else can be worked around :)
