- Electricity and Internet are paid separately, but come to about £40 monthly

- Facilities include bathroom (since the other room has the en-suite this will almost exclusively be yours), two bedrooms, both with double beds, and combined kitchen and lounge. Kitchen facilities include: microwave, large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, miniature dishwasher, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The lounge has two large leather sofas and table with plenty of open space.
