Large double room in friendly home

Lovely large double room in letchworth with garden & very close to town & station (10minutes)
Looking for a friendly housemate who is happy with their own company as we like ours, but is happy to have a chat over a cuppa or glass of wine.
We are a couple who work full time (from home for me) with a cat & tortoise. We are quiet & respectful of other people’s space and would love to share our home with someone likeminded.
In my spare time I like to socialise, do arts & crafts & read. My partner loves all sports & enjoys a night at the pub.

We have a lovely garden to enjoy when the weather permits & are close to parks & some lovely walks. Hitchin & Baldock are both under an hour on foot which is nice in the summer.
