Comfortable room, with shared bathroom, to rent 1 mile from the Letchworth Garden City train station/town centre with direct access to Cambridge, London Kings Cross, London City and Brighton.

The cost of the room includes ALL bills, including FAST broadband. I have Sky multi-room and can arrange for a box to be added to the room to allow you to watch Sky on your TV.

I am a professional IT director and am away for long hours during the day and at weekends so you would most likely have the house to your self for the majority of the time. I have two extremely friendly dogs who would make you feel very much part of their, I mean my, home!

You would have full use of the kitchen and all the appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

The house has a 150 foot garden which is lovely in the summer months. At the bottom of the road is a large park area with a stunning outdoor swimming pool.
