Double room to rent in Letchworth

Our previous flatmate has moved out and we are looking for a replacement.

The room is on the smaller side but our last flatmate had a double bed and desk in it.

The room comes unfurnished by the landlord is willing to provide a small double bed if needed. The rest of the house is furnished and we have a large smart tv, washing mashing, sofa, armchair, dining table and hoover.

The house is a 4 bed 2 bathroom (one of which is an en-suite), with a large living room, conservatory, decent sized kitchen and garden. There is also a garage and drive way - and free on street parking.
It is a 10 minute walk away from a large Morrisons, and 10-15 minute walk away to Letchworth station and the town centre.

We are aged 22-23, 2 female and 1 male, and very sociable and easy going. We all are currently working from home at least part of the time. There is plenty of room downstairs for a desk if you would need it.

We would prefer someone around our own age and who will be sociable with the rest of the house.

Its £456 per month for the room, and around £50-60 on top of that for bills.

We are currently on a rolling contract but planning to switch to a 6 month or 12 month (depending on new flatmates preference) once we have found our 4th flatmate.
