The house is on a quiet, leafy street and is located just 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from the town centre and Letchworth train station - which has excellent links to both London, Cambridge and other Hertfordshire towns. There is also a drive with plenty of car parking space at the front of the house.

Rent is £1100 per month and that includes all bills (including broadband).

A bit about the current household:

We have myself - the Landlady - I am sociable, clean, respectful of my tenant's privacy and easy to get along with.
And we have Mario who has been living here for four years, he occupies the top floor bedroom/bathroom/sitting room and likewise is clean and respectful of his fellow tenants and Matthew who has been with us for 10 months now. He also has his own bedroom, sitting room and bathroom.

It's a lovely household and I have had some amazing long-term tenants in the past, some of whom are now very good friends of mine.
