Single bedroom in lovely quite house.

I have a lovely single bedroom for rent. I am looking for a professional person male or female to join me and one other house mate. I enjoy cooking as well as watching movies. The room is a single room with a built in wardrobe, New carpet has just been fitted along with a brand new mattress and has also been newly decorated. I’m looking for a respectful person who is clean and tidy and doesn’t mind socialising as well as spending time on there own. Bathroom is shared with respect to other people. Kitchen has all utensils to use along with new fridge dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi included.
