The house comes furnished, it is a 7 minute walk away from Letchworth Train Station with easy access to both London and Cambridge. The town centre is 10 minutes away and Emil Dale is a 15 minute walk away.
It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 private Ensuite, 1 shared upstairs Bathroom, 1 shared downstairs W/C).
Very happy for people to view the house beforehand.
Bills are not included. The bills are:

£8.25 wifi
£34 Energy
Please note I am looking for somebody to move in June for one of the bedrooms, then July for the other bedroom. Council tax will need to be paid if you are not a student.
