We are looking for a friendly occupier to move into the comfortable single room in a pleasant semi detached home in Letchworth.

At present 3 of us live together. We are all professionals and Anne, the landlady works from home.

Alongside us are a discreet cat and a friendly young dog.

We all live living peacefully and harmoniously together, in a spirit of trust and mutual respect. We would love for a likeminded soul to join us. Pleasant, discreet, clean and tidy qualities are desirable.

The house is comfortably furnished and has a spacious garden.

15min walk from the train station and town centre.
