House Share in Letchworth

Hi,

I am looking to rent out a room/share my house with someone for a year - until my girlfriend moves down next November.

The House is spread over three floors, with a spacious kitchen, living room and toilet on the ground floor.

The middle floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom (which is basically the en suite of your room).

The top floor was the master bedroom but I have converted it in to a second living room with two desks. There is a shower on this floor too.

Then there is an attic space if you want to store stuff there too.

There is a garden and shed, haven't done much with it yet but if you want to do stuff with that space then that is fine too.
