Looking for female roommate

We are looking for female room mate, student welcome. This house is fully furnished and the nearest train station is 1.5 miles away. A house with fully furnished. 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom in the house. This advertisement is only for single bed room in 3 bed house and preferred for female only. The living room, kitchen and the bathroom is shared with three others including myself. We do have insurance, water bill, council tax and WiFi separately which is divided among people shared in house. Electricity and Gas is prepaid, we recharge it when needed.
