This room is a lovely light, quiet room on the top floor of my family home, sharing the family kitchen. As there is a living space upstairs there is no access to the family living room.

£780 including bills and a bi weekly cleaner.

The room is furnished and consists of:
- a double with underbed storage
- 2 good sized mirrored wardrobes
- a large chest of drawers
- a tv, chaise and side table.
- sole use of a cupboard in the kitchen and space in the fridge and freezer.

There is residents non allocated parking.

I’m looking for preferably a female housemate, preferably someone in the film/tv industry as we understand each others hours.

- 35 minutes to leavesden studios
- 35 minutes to Omax studios

- 5 minutes drive to letchworth station (walkable in 25 minutes)
