Lovely Room to rent Letchworth

Hi There,

I have a lovely room to rent in Letchworth.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, a desk and has neutral décor. & TV if needed.
The flat is a cosy with all the mod cons & allocated parking. You would be sharing with a creative professional.

I'm looking for someone considerate, clean, who's happy to do there own thing, sometimes interact- (possibly with a cuppa coffee or wine/chat as well as respecting each other's space.
Smoking outside only.

Transport- 7-10 minutes walk to letchworth station with fast links to London kings cross/hitchin. Buses close to the property that will take you into the surrounded herts/beds area.
