Large Double Room With En Suite

Large double room with en suite, nice clean and tidy house. cleaner comes once a week. i have heard lots of "i am clean and tidy" from previous tenents, if you are not clean and tidy and do not contribute towards the cleaning of the house then a £10 a week surcharge will be applied.
I have a dog who lives here, however you will not meet a nicer dog, Red is trained not to go upstairs so you will never find him on your bed, or asleep on your washing.
I have a washing machine fridge freezer and microwave for use in the kitchen/utility area. The back and front gardens have nice seating areas if you like to sit outside in the summer.
I have basic wireless broadband available, if you wish to play a gaming station in the evening then you may need to pay for an upgrade whilst you stay.
We are a smoking house so if you dont like it look elsewhere please and good luck with your room hunting.....
