I have a bright, spacious and furnished double bedroom available for the 4th of August. It includes your own separate private living room (pictured) and bathroom with walk-in shower. The house is on a quiet, leafy street and is located just 10 - 15 minutes walking distance from the town centre and Letchworth train station - which has excellent links to both London, Cambridge and other Hertfordshire towns. There is also a drive with plenty of car parking space at the front of the house.

Rent is £550 per month and that includes all bills (including broadband).

A bit about the current household:

We have myself - the Landlady - I am sociable, clean, respectful of my tenant's privacy and easy to get along with.
And we have Mario who has been living here for over a year, he occupies the top floor bedroom/bathroom and likewise is clean and respectful of his fellow tenants. As you will only have a walk-shower you are welcome to use his bathroom if a hot bath is required!

It's a lovely household and I have had some amazing long-term tenants in the past, some of which are now good friends of mine.
