Sunny double room in Letchworth inc. weekends

I am looking for a young professional to move into a double room. Rent includes all bills including excellent WiFi and Netflix.

I own and live in the house with my little girl and 6 year old dog Bella who is very friendly and playful.

There are two reception rooms so plenty of space to chill out, a brand new kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm and WC downstairs.

Upstairs is my room, the spare double room, my daughter’s room and a good size bathroom with bath and shower.

I also have a lovely front garden and sunny south facing back garden with large patio area. There is a shed where you can store a bike if needed.

My drive provides ample off road parking for three cars.

I work as a Secondary School English teacher. In the evenings I am either with my little girl, working, running with my club or relaxing watching a film in the week.

The good size double room has recently been redecorated and is furnished with a new double bed, chest of drawers, TV cabinet, wardrobe, small bookcase and a mirror - everything you need to make yourself at home!
I am happy for you to hang pictures etc. and make it your own.

I am looking for a young professional who is clean and tidy and happy to live with us and a four legged friend.

My house is very central and in quiet surroundings within 10 minutes walking distance of the town and the train station with excellent links to Hitchin, Stevenage, London Kings Cross or Cambridge.

It is under 5 mins walk to the local bus stop, local shop or Morrisons.
