Single room available

Single room to let ..15 minuets walk to town and train station. close to shops and bus stop. internet and wifi. there is smoking allowed but outside. i have my grandaughter staying some nights when im not working. i also have cats and prefer an animal lover. I would prefer someone clean and tidy and respectful. No heavy drinkers .working people preferred.
