Single room available

Single room to let ..15 minuets walk to town and train station. close to shops and bus stop. internet and wifi. there is smoking allowed but outside. also have cats and prefer an animal lover. I would prefer someone clean and tidy and respectful. No heavy drinkers .working people preferred. room has a built in wardrobe and a fridge
