1, 2, 3 or 4 nights per week in single room

I have a small single room available for rent in a small quiet house, Monday to Friday, would suit somebody looking for a room/somewhere to sleep during the week, preferably a professional person working locally or commuting, only 10/15 mins walk to town and train station and close to industrial area. No smoking in the house, I smoke but only outside. All bills included apart from food, full use of kitchen facilities available, shared bathroom. I have a cat, so somebody who likes cats is a must. Rent is advertised at 4 nights per week, however £20. 00 per night for less.
