We are looking for a flat mate to replace our current member that is off out of the country soon for business.

They need to be hardworking, honest, respectful and responsible.

No smokers and needs to be fine with children occasionally.
I work from home sometimes and enjoy having a quiet peaceful space during the week.
The place is clean and tidy and we enjoy having a cleaner once a week.

There’s a tv in your bedroom and a queen sized bed with a comfy Emma mattress, a kettle, and you may also use the all cooking utensils and facilities are already provided in the kitchen.

The only thing that the space lacks a little is storage so please do not bring too much stuff!
